A covert strike against the infamous HIVE goes terribly wrong leaving S.K. Omega's second in command, code name Buzzard, severely wounded but not out of the fight. Covered by sheets of Blitz's suppressive fire, Patch pulls the pilot back to cover as the strike team rallies to Rook's call but it might already be too late. The HIVE launches it's deadly payload into the sky... can S.K. Omega still save the day?

The first in a series of paintings done for Molten Monkey International for their upcoming toy line, S.K. Omega, a line of action figures built around the old “o-ring” design that us children of the 80's should definitely remember along with some great vehicles and a Hive play-set Watch out for this line, it is going to be AWESOME!

Medium: Painter X, and lots of it.

Epic. IF I were a little kid, I'd be like all over that storyline! The illustration is fantastic. Blurry, marred war stuff going on behind them is well done, as is all the positions of their flailing battling bodies and stuff to make it look quite action packed.

Just 'cause your not a little kid doesn't mean you have to grow up though I'm glad the painting pleases, no matter the age ;p

Oh we go have some WEIIIRD adventures, if you can call them that. And we laugh ourselves silly, quite often. So much in fact my character has developed a psychological disorder where she hears gametable chat in her head. In game. And sometimes will respond to it. Lol.

Wow. It's almost hard to tell that it isn't a digital rendering, it's so detailed.

Thanks! Not a 3d render, but I did use some sneaking computer tricks here and there. For the camo, I actually pulled up a camo texture, pasted it a good few times on a layer, fiddled with it's orientation and pushed and smudged it into a rough contour before working the pattern into the painting... though I probably would have gotten the window strait and the boards at least mostly positioned right if the wall had been 3d... that window keeps bothering me.
